“Ok. Imagine you've been practicing heavy lifting for months, but you have to stop. You do, however, have a set of 10 lbs. dumbbells and some bands, Ring Fit and Just Dance at home. If you can't do progressive overload with weight, can you maintain or even continue to progress with reps alone?”
