When we were choosing equipment for Third Street Barbell, we knew we wanted a belt squat and we were sure that the Rogue Rhino was the one we wanted. We've used all of them, and this one has always been our favorite. Why? We liked the relative accuracy of loading, the position of the safety handles, and the lifting stance on the platform.
We produced this video with Third Street Barbell members in mind, but anyone new to using a belt squat can benefit from watching.
