Accomplished raw and geared powerlifter Matt Wenning joins us to talk about his quest to improve the physical preparedness of members of the US Army. We discuss how his approach differs from the training methods of the past, what's missing among new recruits, and whether special forces members require a different approach. He also shares how a childhood accident ultimately led him toward the pursuit of strength.
Matt directs the Ludus Magnus Performance Center and is an independent contractor for the US Army. You can find him on Twitter and Instagram at @realmattwenning.
