Ryan Thompson is a plumber. He’s actually Jim’s plumber. But he didn’t plan to be a plumber. After fighting through addiction, a chance moment at a gas station led to a path forward for him. Locking in on new goals -- and relying on discipline learned through sports and in the gym --- he found a rewarding trade and career that changed his life. He shares how he worked through this change, and how he maintains his contagious positivity.
